License exceptions and special provisions

Subject to the terms and conditions of the License, in addition to legal provisions set by CC BY-NC-ND 4.0, the Licensor hereby grants You a worldwide, royalty-free, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to exercise the Licensed Rights in the Licensed Material to:

Apply, use and implement methodologies, techniques and processes described in the Licensed Material in commercial or not-for-profit setting, for benefit, with and without receiving monetary compensation for doing so.
Create tools, computer systems and software implementing methodologies, techniques and processes described in the Licensed Material in commercial or not-for-profit setting for own or third party use, and receive monetary compensation for use of said tools, systems and software from third parties. Clarity website software and documentation software source code is licensed under MIT license. The source code of this website is available freely from Git repository located at https://github.com/clarity-pm/clarity.

Clarity website might include proprietary content, images, graphics and multimedia not licensed under MIT license. Such elements will be clearly marked as such if possible.
